A September on the road: ISD, New Space España and ESA GNC & ICATT

September was a busy month for Hisperion Aerospace. Over a few weeks we took Orbita, our model-based simulation platform for spacecraft GNC design and validation, to three of the most relevant events in the European and Spanish space calendar.

ESA Industry Space Days 2026, ESTEC

We started at the European Space Agency's Industry Space Days 2026, held at ESA/ESTEC in Noordwijk. Over two days we held more than 30 meetings and had a lot of very good conversations about Orbita with satellite integrators, primes, institutions and fellow startups from all over Europe.

Our stand was made possible by the ESA BIC Village and ESA BIC Andalusia. Thank you to both, and to everyone who came by to talk GNC with us.

New Space España 2026, Vigo

A week later, we travelled to Afundación Vigo for the fourth edition of New Space España, organised by Alén Space under the theme "Strategic Autonomy from Space".

We took part in the Call for Posters, Industry Section, with a poster on Orbita, and spent both days in the poster area showing the platform live and talking GNC with attendees.

ESA GNC & ICATT Conference 2026, Seville

We closed the month at home, at the ESA GNC & ICATT Conference 2026 in Seville. From our booth, we joined the European GNC community at this year's edition, showing Orbita to engineers and researchers while talking with them about their upcoming missions.
